Pool Guest Policy
- Use of the Pool and other facilities of DRRC are reserved for Members, their dependents and their guest(s). Guest(s) will be admitted to the Pool ONLY when accompanied by a member, and after registration at the gate and payment of the appropriate fee. Nonmembers residing within the approved Membership Area (Residents of Deer Run & Deer Forest) are NOT allowed as guests.
- If you choose to forfeit your membership, you will not be allowed to come as a guest on any current membership. Previous members that still reside locally cannot come as guest.
- Guest fees are $5.00 [cash or Zelle @ DeerRunPool@gmail.com, CashApp ($Deerrunpool), or Venmo (@Deerrunpool)] per person per day. (Proof of residency may be required.).
- A member must stay with a guest at all times.
- Random guest checks will be conducted to ensure membership.
- According to the DRRC By-Laws the guest privilege is meant for occasional guests. It was not meant for the same guest every weekend. The guest privilege should be an opportunity for potential members to decide if they would like to become members.
- Members are only allowed 5 guests at any one time.
- To make the pool more enjoyable for all members, please do not take advantage of our Guest Policy. The policy was not intended to result in members consistently bringing the same Non-Members to the pool on a regular basis. It was also not intended for previous members to drop their membership and come back as guest.
